Robson hot on GolfScene Tour

BRAMPTON - Brampton's Brian Robson is riding a hot streak in the GolfScene Tour for juniors and amateur adults winning his division in two consecutive events.On Sunday, the final day of the Canadian Open, a full field of GolfScene players tested the Braeben Golf Course in north Mississauga. Constructed on a former landfill site, the Scottish link style course with gorse and high winds proved to be a real test. Robson won the adult "A" flight with a Stableford adjusted score of 72, three better than David Everest from Oakville.Earlier the tour made a stop at Flamborough's Copetown Woods Golf Course. In the adult division Robson had the low gross score of the day a 74. He also won the "A" flight with a Stableford adjusted score of 69, one better than Everest.The next stop on the 13-event schedule will be on Tuesday at the Wildwinds Golf Club outside of Fergus.
