Peel Police - Suspect Arrested in Fail to Remain

Mississauga – Investigators with the Major Collision Bureau have made an arrest in a serious fail to remain that occurred on Monday July 28, 2008.

 

At approximately 9:20 p.m., the 40 year male victim was driving with his family northbound on Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga. As his vehicle entered the intersection at Folkway Drive, a collision ensued with two other vehicles, one of which was an Infinity G20. The driver and occupant of the Infinity fled the scene on foot following the collision, failing to assist the injured family.

 

The Major Collision Bureau commenced an investigation which has led to the arrest of the suspect, Damir CEPIC, a 20 year old male with no fixed address. He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday August 1, 2008 to face four counts of Dangerous Driving causing Bodily Harm and four counts of Fail to Remain Causing Bodily Harm.
