BRAMPTON - A window washer survived a harrowing tumble off the roof of a Brampton apartment building last Wednesday afternoon when he managed to crash through a window into a top floor apartment. Peel police received several calls at 2:45 p.m. when the man fell at 2 Silver Maple Court in the area of Dixie Road and Clark Boulevard. He was reportedly hanging from the building before he was able to smash the window into a 21st floor apartment and take refuge inside. Police say the man was not hurt. The Ministry of Labour is investigating the incident to determine exactly what happened.
